Odd has been riding since he was ten years old, though the first sport he competed in was nordic skiing. When a few of his friends started to ride, he joined in simply because he was an energetic kid and liked being outside. Odd has always been strong in the mountains and in 2021 climbed his way into the leader’s red jersey at La Vuelta a España for seven stages. That experience, he says, changed him as a rider and gave him a deeper sense of confidence.

This is Odd’s second season racing in EF pink. The 27-year-old speaks Norwegian, French, and English. In the winter, he likes to train in the Canary Islands and in the summer you’ll find him riding his beloved home roads in Bergen, Norway.
