Both left the stable STEM field to become full time cyclists, uncertain as their futures were, and have since made the peloton their home. Rachel knows the sport inside and out, having spent over two decades in the sport. She got her start as a rider, later became a DS, and now is our general manager.

Lizzy was approaching graduation from medical school when the call of racing became irresistible. A multiple stage winner in the Giro Donne, she is a passionate advocate for healthy and sustainable growth in women’s cycling.The pair share stories about breaking new ground in the peloton, what makes our sport so special, and their hopes for the future.
