July 7, 2025
EF Pro Cycling is proud to announce Stifel Financial Corp. as the official financial services partner of EF Education-Oatly, beginning at the 2025 Giro d’Italia Women.
The partnership debuts at the Giro d’Italia Women, where Stifel’s branding will appear on the team’s jersey. Together, EF Education-Oatly and Stifel will support riders both on and off the bike, with a shared belief in breaking barriers and building new paths forward in women’s sports.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Stifel to EF Education-Oatly,” said EF Pro Cycling founder and CEO Jonathan Vaughters. “They’ve already shown an incredible level of commitment to our sport and our riders. It’s an exciting partnership that comes at a pivotal time for our sport.”
“From the very beginning, Stifel bought into our vision for the team and showed faith in our long-term goals,” added EF Education-Oatly general manager Esra Tromp. “With this partnership, we’re not just building a team; we’re building the team of the future. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
“Stifel is proud to serve as the official financial services partner of EF Education-Oatly,” said Ron Kruszewski, Chairman and CEO of Stifel. “As the firm ‘Where Success Meets Success,’ we see a powerful reflection of our values – hard work, focus, and dedication – in the world-class riders of the EF Education-Oatly team. We’re excited to support these elite athletes in their pursuit of greatness and help them celebrate their success every step of the way."
Through this partnership, Stifel extends its support of women’s professional sport while bringing attention to a new generation of riders who are breaking barriers and reshaping what’s possible on the global stage.
“I’ve always been drawn to people who have big visions and work hard to make their visions come true, whether that’s in business or on the bike,” said two-time Olympic gold medalist and current U.S. national road champion Kristen Faulkner. “That’s why this partnership with Stifel means so much to me. They’re not just supporting our team; they’re backing a bigger mission and they’re giving more women a seat at the table, whether it’s in sport or finance.”
The collaboration reflects the mission of Stifel’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), a firm-wide program designed to equip women across the organization with the tools, mentorship, and support to grow and lead. WIN is driven by women leaders across Stifel’s major business segments and includes diversity-focused internships, community support, and career-building initiatives that connect the next generation to opportunities in financial services.
