Tour de France Femmes stage winner Cédrine joins EF Education-Oatly with the goal of making big things happen in 2025. With this year’s edition of the French grand tour starting in her home region of Brittany, Cédrine is already focused on using her diverse racing skills to help the team.

Last season she won the Vuelta CV Feminas, Durango-Durango, stage six of the Tour de France Femmes, the Chrono Roland Bouge, and closed out her season with a solo victory at Tre Valli Varesine. Cédrine is a former U23 and elite French time trial national champion.

Rather than restrict herself to just one place for training, Cédrine prefers to travel between France, Andorra, Spain, and Portugal, traveling in her van to allow for maximum flexibility and adventure. She loves to escape to the mountains to hike when she has a day off the bike.

Swiss road race champion Noemi Rüegg is still discovering her strength in the sport but her 2025 season got off to a roaring start. At the Tour Down Under, Noemi soloed to victory on the queen stage and then went on to win the overall general classification. She podiumed at the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race and had top ten results at Strade Bianche and Trofeo Alfredo Binda before she sprinted to third place at the first modern edition of Sanremo women.

Noemi is simply continuing the momentum she built in 2024 when she won her first professional race, the Trofeo Felanitx-Colònia de Sant Jordi, on the squad’s first-ever day of racing. She then backed up that win with another at the Swiss national championships. She went to the Paris Olympics and finished seventh in the road race, before racing the Tour and mixing it up in the sprints.

Noemi is a punchy rider who can get over hard climbs. She is still trying to find out where her limits lie.

She came to bike racing through her family. At first, her goal was simply to keep up with her brother who is five years older than her. Their dad was involved with a local cycling club and Noemi slowly grew more and more curious. When she was 13, she finished her first cyclocross race and was hooked.

She turned professional on the road as a 19-year-old, leaving her full-time job caring for disabled people in a home. She is a two-time Under-23 Swiss time trial national champion but her heart belongs to the classics. Noemi loves a tough course, the more chaotic, the better. She is not afraid to be aggressive in the peloton and loves the excitement and energy of a hectic race.

Her ultimate goals are to podium in one of the classics and to develop as a stage racer. This year could be hers.

Henrietta fell in love with the sound of cycling. She heard the distinct sound of cleats walking on concrete and knew this was the sport for her. She then convinced her parents to let her take up the sport and the rest is history. She quickly discovered she was a powerful rider who excelled on climbs.

She realized she would have to leave New Zealand for Europe if she wanted to become a pro and she knew this would be expensive. To save money, she baked and decorated gourmet homemade cakes and sold them locally.

Her hard work – both on the bike and in the kitchen – soon paid off. Last season she was third at the Gran Premio Ciudad de Eibar. She has won the best young rider competition at the Tour Down Under and the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche. Her top ten GC results include the Tour Down Under, Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, the Vuelta Ciclista Andalucía, and the Clasica de Almeria. She is a former junior and under-23 time trial national champion.

This is Henrietta’s first season with EF Education-Oatly and she has quickly become an essential teammate. Her support was vital in Noemi’s stage and GC wins at Tour Down Under, as well as in Kim’s win in the New Zealand road race national championship. At the Vuelta España Femenina, she played a big role in helping Cédrine finish in fourth place on GC. At just 23 years old, Henrietta is still discovering her full potential.

You’ve seen her dancing on social media, on the podium, and everywhere in between. Alison’s love of movement, whether it’s dancing, riding, or being outdoors, is infectious.

Alison earned the biggest win of her career to date in 2023 when she won Paris-Roubaix from a breakaway that she kept alive from the race’s early kilometers. She followed it up the next month by winning that year’s Canadian road race national championships in her native Alberta. Alison is a two-time Olympian and has raced ten times in the world championships, including a sixth place finish in 2021.

In 2024, she won a stage at the Vuelta, rode a strong Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift for her teammates, and competed for Canada in the Olympic Games. Just as important as her results was the leadership that she showed on the road.

Alison has continued to show her strength in 2025. She took fifth place at Paris-Roubaix and followed that up with a seventh place finish at Amstel Gold. Alison won her first stage race this May at Gracia Orlová, where she also took a stage win and the points classification. The following month, she claimed the Canadian road race national title for the third time in her career, soloing to victory.

For Alison, winning is important, but it doesn’t matter to her whether she’s atop the podium or if it’s one of her teammates. She’s more interested in making a difference in each race and contributing to the best result possible for the team.

Growing up on her family’s farm in Vermilion, Alberta, Alison had endless opportunities to exhaust her energy by helping with chores or playing with her siblings. But her mother noticed that Alison’s energy never seemed to dwindle, so she signed her daughter up for every sport available in her hometown of 4,000 people. Alison’s curiosity and innate athletic talent led her to take up swimming, compete provincially in gymnastics, go hiking in the Himalayas, and eventually to pick up an old bike that a former farmhand had left behind on her family’s farm. Fast forward to today and Alison is still driven by that same sense of curiosity, but this time she’s wondering just how far she can push her limits on the bike.

After years of consistent results, 2025 is proving to be Letizia’s year. In April, the Italian impressed at the Tour of Flanders – one of her favorite races on the calendar – with a sixth place finish. She proved it wasn’t a fluke the following weekend at Paris-Roubaix where she was second.

In 2024, she racked up over a dozen top-ten results and helped control the peloton in order to allow teammate Clara Emond to escape and win a Giro d’Italia stage. Letizia earned her first professional win in 2019 at the Giro d’Italia where she spent the day in the breakaway before sprinting to the stage win.

Riding bikes is almost a requirement to be in the Borghesi family. Letizia and her younger sister grew up hearing stories from her dad about his wins as a U23 racer and Letizia thought to herself, “I could do that.” She started racing as a 12-year-old and hasn’t looked back. Her parents still love to ride and you’ll often find them – and her dogs – at Letizia’s races, having driven their camper van from their family home in Italy to support their daughter.

Hailing from the mountains of northern Italy, Letizia is happiest when she is outside. She adores her home region of Trentino and you can often find her hiking to the nearby lakes when she’s not training on the road. She earned the silver medal in the 2022 Italian gravel national championships, her first ever gravel race, and has since also raced the gravel world championships. In the off season, Letizia enjoys competing in the local cyclocross races and was second in the 2024 Italian CX national championship. Given her experience in cyclocross, it’s not a surprise that her favorite races are the cobbled classics because she loves the steep climbs and is used to the harsh weather conditions.

Letizia completed her bachelor’s degree in sports science and she is currently studying for her master’s degree in biology/nutrition.
